Self Mailers:
Self Mailers are mailing pieces that requires a wafer seal or tab. A tri-fold brochure would be considered a self mailer. Our mailing prices are for postal sorting, C.A.S.S certifying, ink jetting, sort, tie, tray and delivery to the post office. Please call for a self-mailer mailing services quote for your print and mail project.
Catalogs and Mini-Catalogs:

Removing Invalid Records:
Mailing data should be submitted in an Excel format, though we do accept .csv and txt files. (Properly formatted)
We will analyze your mailing lists to screen out invalid addresses. For a small, per record fee, we can assure that all addresses on your mailing list(s) are valid. Why pay print costs and postage for invalid addresses. Please call for more information.
UV Coating:
Addressing on UV Coated stocks adds a small additional cost to your mailing project but reaps big benefits! Most mailing houses cannot inkjet address on Aqueous or UV coated paper stocks but we can, without any smudging or smearing! You get the added luxury of high gloss UV coating for maximum exposure at a very small upgrade fee.
Due Date & Mailing Time:
Production turnaraound times (due dates) shown on our website are for printed material only. Please add an additional 2 business days time to complete the mailing services after completion of the printing of the mailing piece.

$.05 cents invalid record or duplicate removal
Plus postage (USPS Rates Vary):
Standard postage will be about .253 cents a piece.
1st class mail will be about .38 cents a piece.
Please note: Discounted postage rates are only IF after we process it, there are 500 or more names left as 'good' addresses.
